BAMBOO BOTTOM PLATE OF FROZEN STORAGE ON CARGO VESSELS

 

This product adopts our own advanced patented technology, made with bamboo curtain (thick , middle , thin ) and bamboo particles as raw materials, hot pressed through special structure design ,under high temperature and high pressure ,then slotting, drill, japanning and so on. The density can reach more than 1.1ton/CBM. The product is extremely dense without any pore, no degumming, high static bending strength and high elastic modulus , resistant to seawater immersion ,resistance to freezing melting, withstand heavy vehicle to run.
The product as the bottom plate of frozen storage on the fishing vessels, can replace the original steel bottom plate, solve the problem of easy corrosion of steel ,heavy weight, high cost, high cost performance, has been widely used by some Japanese Shipping Co.
